Receiving the Schreiner University Supervisor Certification shows
that you are dedicated to enhancing your supervisory skills,
suggestive of the knowledge and expertise supervisors require. This
program provides Schreiner University employees currently in
supervisory positions or those wanting to move into supervisory
positions with the ability to progressively earn three Schreiner
University Supervisor Training Certifications. The certifications
are separated into three levels and are awarded based on
participation in training programs and utilizing resources focused
on supervisory skill sets. |

The certification program will offer you the flexibility of internal
training workshops, web or audio conference opportunities, resources
for on-line training and the ability to check-out books and videos.
You will receive points for attendance or participation in various
sessions. Additionally, you will receive points for checking out
videos or books from the Human Resources Office. Documentation of
point accumulation and certification will be maintained by the Human
Resources Office. |
