Schreiner's Staff recognition award People Are Tops (PAT) is a symbol of the University's commitment to continuous improvement in serving our clients — the students of Schreiner University.

When employees strive to do more than their everyday job we are providing an atmosphere of excellence for our students. This quarterly Staff reward and recognition program is designed to improve Schreiner's operations and services. The purpose is to motivate employees to increase productivity and creativity by rewarding those whose job performance and adopted ideas benefit the University and are substantially above the normal job requirements and performance standards.
